We celebrate pride this month and every month.
As June comes to an end and the rainbows and pride flags that have been so proudly displayed by the LGBTQIA+ and community advocates are replaced by patriotic flair for the 4th of July weekend, Tilt Five will keep our pride proudly displayed!
We celebrate all year long, handing out rainbow shirts and rainbow D20s at our events, and standing by our commitment to build a company (and world) in which gender expression and sexual orientation are no longer barriers to self-actualization and prosperity.
Tilt Five believes that different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives enhance creativity and innovation and encourage diversity of thought in the workplace. In partnership with one of our investors, BITKRAFT, we signed a Diversity & Inclusion commitment and have established principles to work towards internal operations, recruiting practices, and product considerations that promote equality in opportunities across our global industry.
Another Tilt Five investor, Gaingels, is a leading LGBTQIA+/Allies investment syndicate and one of the largest private investors in North America dedicated to supporting diversity in leadership. We share in their mission to build more companies with non-discrimination and diversity policies, who commit to philanthropic causes in service of the LGBTQIA+ community, and who will actively strive to find qualified diverse candidates to become employees, advisors, and partners.
Everyone is not just welcome at Tilt Five but they are seen and celebrated for the extraordinary things they bring to the T5 community.
